Michael,

Not sure what you are really looking for -- so my next suggestion is
go to http://www.freshmeat.net and do a search on "ftp".  I had a quick
look at some of the returned items.  One such, Demi-FTPd, is described as
having browser based configure and monitoring capabilities. I didn't look
further than that. Might be worth a look.
