[LUAU] DECLINE

I apologize to group for the back and forth but I find that I am not able
to accept nomination as a possible officer of LUAU.  Even though I
transmitted an acceptance msg yesterday, I must now revoke that and submit
my declination.  After much reflection on my reaction to the events of the
last 24hrs and previous several weeks I realize that I don't have the
temperment for a such a position.  Given the outside chance that I might be
elected, it would be a mistake for the organization.
