[LUAU] TCP/IP WANs

Two NIC's total, one to the ADSL modem, and the other to the hub. The other
computers connect to the hub. (Just running ADSL, not RR.) I haven't set
this up as a WAN, so I'm not 100% sure how to setup both ends, but I
believe it would be possible by setting up the routing.
