[LUAU] Sendmail Strangeness

We're on a 100 Base ethernet connection, and sendmail has bounced stuff that
is being sent to
- other machines on the same 100 base network
- other machines on the 10 base network (different segment but same subnet)
- hosts outside the network accross the internet
The machine is ours, and its DNS config is correct for the network (like I
said -- other services experience no trouble at all when sendmail is barfing).
Next time it happens, I plan to try to send something direct to IP to see if
it's the DNS that's failing, or if sendmail thinks the hosts themselves are
unreachable for some reason.
