The address is logon-server.hawaii.rr.com.
 
If you're having problems with that stuff resolving correctly with both
programs it implies your DHCP client isn;t picking up or setting the
nameserver address correctly.

Fellow LINUX users,
 
    I am having trouble logging on to RR in Linux... I am running RedHat 6.0
and running rrlogind 2.21 and I don't know the address of the login
server... can someone help me... I also tried rrsmpcd or something and the
default server didn't work... help me... This is really frustrating.
