Yes, the .listing files are from GNU wget, and not part of the redhat
ftp sites.  My mirror program keeps a list of files in ".listing" in
order to keep track of new files for mirroring.

I don't know about the wrong permissions on RPM files, though.
I'm pretty sure they all are world-readable.

The ISO9660 cd image is also El Torito Bootable.
