[LUAU] Linuxconf

Linuxconf is a sophisticated administration system
for the Linux operating system. In many ways,
Linuxconf is different from other administration
schemes found on Unix operating systems and most
other systems.

If you use linuxconf, there is a new release out.
I upgraded the base linuxconf package, and it seems
to be working OK.
