synack.net can host as well.  I think Zach has at least
a temporary home for the pages right now.  I don't know 
how long they can be kept there or anything.  Zach?

The person hosting the pages doesn't have to be the same as
the maintainer.  I'd like to suggest that whoever will be
maintaining the web pages also be a somewhat active member
of the group.  Mostly meaning that they attend meetings and
at least read the mailing list regularly, if not post to it.
This suggestion, if accepted, disqualifies myself (I have
difficulty attending meetings =).  However, I'd be willing
to give an account to the maintainer, should the web pages
be hosted on my machine.  My machine could also host the
mailing list, and I could also give the maintainer access.
synack.net is currently connected via a T1.
